Who can pay me?
This week I really enjoyed the videos I focused a lot on how people spoke because I really think that I would be a good speaker. When the three circles were being discussed of business, with the three questions what are you good at?, what were you born to do?, and what will they pay you to do? These questions made me really think what am I good at what do I want to do and what can I get paid for. It is hard to find the middle ground in all of that and I'm assuming it's not just me because the speakers in the videos said that they had gone through similar struggles. I think sometimes we forget that we aren't the only ones going through that problem.
A few weeks ago somebody asked me what it is I want to do and I gave an answer and it was quick, without a second thought, and it was an answer I'd never given anyone before. But as I've thought about that it really is something I am good at something I would like to do and I feel like I was born to do. Now the hard part is finding someone who will pay me to do it. I want to be a motivational speaker. The problem is most motivational speakers great books and I am not good at writing I think it would take a lot of time and effort to finally write a book so then I could become a motivational speaker but honestly I would just love to travel and tell people about my story. I think taking these classes online have really taught me that that is what I want to do not necessarily own my own business, not do a lot of the things I thought I wanted to do, I want to inspire people to do better too be better. I think it would be amazing if I could even do that through the church somehow because I owe a lot of the help I received to God I owe all of it to God.
some people this might not make sense but to me it does I think one place for me to start would be to be a seminary or Institute teacher. I'm a Sunday school teacher and I love it I'm able to teach the gospel through stories, my life, my example, but also of those around me. I can help people come closer to Christ and it's something that brings me a lot of joy. I'd want to do it for the rest of my life.
